Founding partners

LedgerNP is a new practice, and I'm working with a small number of Minnesota nonprofits as founding partners. Your organization gets a complete donor data cleanup on founding-partner terms. In exchange, I ask for honest feedback, a testimonial, and permission to feature your organization in a case study as the practice grows.

What you get

Data Health Check
A review of your donor export and a scorecard that estimates duplicate rates, identifies missing or malformed fields, and highlights formatting problems.
Donor Data Cleanup
Names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers standardized. Households identified and duplicates merged, with any uncertain matches sent to you for a yes or no before anything changes.
The deliverables
A clean, CRM-ready import file, a merge log with the evidence behind each merge, and a crosswalk from old record IDs to surviving IDs.
Data Standards Kit
Simple data entry rules, field definitions, a one-page quick reference for staff and volunteers, and a 45-minute team walkthrough, so the list stays clean after the cleanup.

What I ask in return

Once the work is delivered, I ask for:

  • A brief written or video testimonial about working with LedgerNP.
  • Permission to write a short case study about the before-and-after of your records, with all donor data anonymized.
  • An open door for future referrals, if you're satisfied with the results.

Founding partners get the same file handling as every client. How I handle your files

Ask about a founding partnership.

Send a short note with your organization's name, roughly how many donor records you have, and where they live. Or book a free 20-minute call directly.
