Every project follows the same steps, large or small, with a fixed price agreed before any work starts.
The steps
- A free 20-minute call to look at where your data lives and what you need.
- A fixed quote and a short agreement with confidentiality terms.
- Files sent through an encrypted transfer.
- The work, with uncertain items sent to you for a decision before anything changes.
- Delivery, a walkthrough of the results, and written confirmation that your files were deleted.
What I need from you
Exports from each place donor records live (your CRM, Give to the Max/GiveMN, event lists, accounting), the name of your CRM, and 20 minutes for a call. For reporting work, the report or spreadsheet and the data behind it.
Your files
The work is done by me, not by AI. Files move through an encrypted transfer, never as ordinary email attachments. Your records are used only for your project, are never uploaded to AI tools, and are deleted when the work is delivered, with written confirmation. Every engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement.

- Payment
- Projects under $1,000 are invoiced on delivery. Larger projects are billed half at the start and half on delivery. Support plans and care plans are billed monthly in advance.
